Wholesome-Morning Granola Recipe
It’s pretty unusual to find a sweet treat that tastes good and does good, but Mānuka honey manages to tick both those boxes.
Recipe for a Grilled Peach, Greek Yoghurt & MANUKA LAB 500+MGO Mānuka Honey Bowl
Ingredients (per person):
- 250g Greek Yoghurt
- ¼ Cup Granola
- 1 Ripe Peach
- Pinch of Cinnamon
- 2 tsp MANUKA LAB 525+MGO Mānuka Honey
- Berries of choice – (blackberries)
- Mint to garnish (optional)
Cut the peach in half and de-stone.
Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon on the flesh side of the peach halves.
Place a griddle pan on a medium-high heat and grill the peach halves flesh side down for a few minutes until slightly charred.
Layer the Greek yoghurt on the bottom of a bowl.
Place the peaches on top, drizzling a little more yoghurt over the peaches.
Scatter the granola around the peaches.
Drizzle the peaches and yoghurt with MANUKA LAB 525+MGO Mānuka Honey.
